Animal Services
If you have an animal-related non-emergency, please call 410-778-3648 and press 3 to be put through to the Officer on call. All emergencies should be directed to 911.

Make an Appointment!
All adopters must have an approved application before they can meet our animals or bring a pet home. Once your application is approved, ACSKC will give you a call to schedule an appointment! During your appointment, you will meet one-on-one with our Adoption Coordinator who will show you the pet(s) you’d like to adopt! Fill out our fast and easy application here.
If you do not have an approved application already on file at the time of your arrival at ACSKC, please be prepared to:
Provide proof of ownership of your home OR proof of landlord’s approval to have a pet; and
Provide proof of up-to-date rabies vaccination status for all pets currently living in your home.
What to Bring
Please bring a carrier with a towel or blanket.
- Leash (collars are provided)
- If you are adopting a dog and another dog(s) already lives in the home, they must be present for the meet and greet
- Blanket for your dog to lay on during the trip home
- A seat belt to keep your dog safely restrained and keep you from distraction while driving

Continue on Route 213 until you see the Suds’n Soda. Turn onto Worton Road. Continue 1.4 miles. ACSKC is on the left.
